In December 2020, Native Land purchased the site, with a view to change its use and develop early proposals for its redevelopment.

Squire & Partners is an architecture and design practice with experience spanning four decades, earning the practice an international reputation for architecture informed by the history and culture of where it is placed.

DP9 Ltd. was established in 2004 as a leading and independent specialist planning consultancy practice. The practice provides advice on a wide range of projects, however it is especially renowned for its involvement in the successful delivery of some of the most complex and challenging sites across London and the south east.

Atelier Ten are the team’s dedicated environmental design consultants, working with the wider project team to find ways for developments to tread more lightly on the planet. Atelier Ten help deliver buildings that give back to the wider environment and are energy and resource efficient.

Gillespies has worked with clients and partners to deliver transformative landscape design, urban design, masterplanning and landscape planning since 1962. On this project, the Gillespies team will be focused on delivering an exceptional ground level, green links to through the site and a new publicly accessible riverside.
